Shipping policy

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

Once you’ve made a payment, a confirmation will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

Baesic offers express international delivery
Shipping will be done by a third-party courier
Same day delivery is offered to clients who order before 8AM
Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
International courier rates are exclusive of duties, taxes, VAT, other non-routine customs brokerage charges.
International Shipments: For Duty Delivery Unpaid (DDU) or Duty Delivery Paid (DDP), admin fees of 5% or AED 50 (whichever is higher) will be billed to the consignee.

The shipping charges are different for each country outside the UAE and will be applied at the checkout.

CASH ON DELIVERY:

Cash on Delivery payments are only accepted in the following countries: United Arab Emirates
We accept payments in the local currency. Please note, only cash payments will be accepted – any other methods of payment, such as personal cheques, will not be accepted.
You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us on info@baesicbydb.com and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. For full refunds, a standard charge of AED 30 will be charged to cover shipping costs for international shipping. UAE returns will be free of cost.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with. Please contact us for refunds on info@baesicbydb.com and we will arrange your returns.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
